Eligibility requirements
To participate you must:
Register for the Small Business Summit at http://www.sbsummit.com/;
Complete the Total Technology Makeover application, telling us about your business and why it’s a great candidate for a Total Tech Makeover;
Submit your completed application by March 5, 2007; and
Meet the following qualifications:
Be at least 18 years or older
Be a legal resident of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia)
Employ at least 5 but not more than 49 employees
Operate your business from outside your home
Be able to provide proof that this business has been established and in continual operation for at least 2 years
Be managing your business in compliance with all local, state and federal laws

Contest Judging
All eligible entries received will be screened by a panel of qualified judges and the top 100 entries will be selected as Semi-Finalists. This panel of judges will also select the three contest winners from the top 100 entries.
